R:For standard machine, we usually delivery in 25-30days. Customized machine delivery in 30-60 days .

R:We supply 24 hours online service.

R:Leading time is 30 days after receipt of 30% deposit,balance paid before delivery.
Q:Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit your factory?
R: We are located in Wenzhou city, you can fly to Wenzhou airport. We can pick you up from the airport or your hotel. Welcome to visit us!  
Q:Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
R: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
Q:Q:Can your products be customized?
R: Almost all of our products can be customized, including the sizes, color, logo, package and so on. OEM orders are highly welcome.
Q:Q:How long is the warranty?
R:Within 1 year from date of the factory, if parts failure or damage (because of the quality problem ,except wearing parts)
